Here are most of the scales, arpeggios and the riff required for your Grade 1 exam (70 BPM). These have been recorded at the correct tempo for your exam, try to play the notes as evenly as possible, and if the tempo is too high for you then practise with a metronome at a slower speed first.

 
 

The sounds from a bass guitar are very low frequency and do not reproduce too well through the speakers on laptops/smartphones. When using these devices it should sound great if you use earphones/headphones  when practising.

Notice the position of the thumb here and how it is used to mute the E string as the riff moves onto the A string.
