IMPORTANT :
If you are using a Desktop/Laptop Computer to view the videos you can change the playback speed of our videos using one of the three faster tempo settings (1.25, 1.5, or 2) available in the settings menu on the control bar at the bottom of the video. If you have your own software (see our IT and Useful Software page) you will be able to vary the speed of playback over a much wider range, and slow it to suit.
Most of our videos have been set to "loop" or replay continuously from the beginning until you stop them. This allows you to practise without having to keep reaching for the mouse!
